1. Data Collected Registration data (name, email). Usage data (compositions, analytics, activity). Payment data (processed via Stripe — the platform never stores card numbers). Technical data (IP, browser, device — for security and analytics).
2. How the Data is Used Service delivery and improvement. Account and subscription notifications. Anonymized aggregate analytics to improve the platform. Personal data will never be sold to any third party.
3. Who Sees the Data Stripe for payments. AI provider (Google/Anthropic) receives composition content for analysis (without personal data). Supabase as the database hosting provider. No sales or sharing with advertisers.
4. User Rights Right to access their data. Right to rectify. Right to have their data completely deleted (Right to be Forgotten). Right to data portability. Right to withdraw consent at any time. Contact via a specific email address for any requests.
5. Cookies The platform uses only essential cookies. It does not use advertising tracking cookies. If you add any analytics later (e.g., Google Analytics), you must explicitly state this and provide an option to decline.
6. Data Protection Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Database access is protected by RLS. API keys are stored in environment variables on the server only.
7. Children The platform is not intended for anyone under 16 years of age. It does not knowingly collect data on children.
8. Policy Amendments Any amendments will be published with the date of the update. Users will be notified of any material changes.
