1. Nature and Limitations of the Service The platform is an AI-powered fragrance design and analysis tool. Analyses and suggestions (including Formula Examples) are for inspiration and guidance only and are not approved or scientifically reviewed formulas. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy or safety of any formula. The user is fully responsible for any actual manufacturing or use.
2. Disclaimer of Damage The platform is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of formulas (skin allergies, chemical reactions, any health or material damage). The user is fully responsible for safety testing and compliance with IFRA standards and any local regulations.
3. Intellectual Property The formulas created by the user are their own property. The platform does not claim ownership of users' formulas. However, the platform may use aggregated anonymous data to improve the service (e.g., most commonly used ingredients—without linking them to a specific user).
4. Subscriptions and Payment Prices and features are subject to change with prior notice. Subscriptions renew automatically. Users can cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. The Lifetime plan is non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase. There is no refund guarantee after using the service.
5. Usage Restrictions Prohibited: Using the platform for illegal activities, attempting to circumvent limits or manipulate the system, reselling access, automated scraping, or creating fake accounts to bypass the free plan's limits.
6. Account Termination The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates the terms. Users have the right to delete their account and data at any time.
7. AI Analytics Analyses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccurate information. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any analysis. Users should consider them as guidelines, not confirmed scientific facts.
8. Modification of Terms The platform reserves the right to modify the terms by notifying the user (via email or a notification within the platform). Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
9. Limitation of Liability In all cases, the platform's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
